Last Days of Summer

I have compiled a list of some of my favorite things to do during summer. With each season only a few months, I love to make sure to enjoy everything it has to offer. Some of my favorites include:

Food - eat outside, picnic at home or out in nature. The warmth of summer makes eating outside taste better.
Fun - have fun with family or friends: connect, but be safe.
Fresh Air - get outdoors in nature or open your windows in the morning or evening.
Reset - make new meals or fresh flower bouquets with the seasons vibrant offerings.
Rest - take some time to balance and relax in a cool place by meditating or taking a nap.
Relax - let go and disconnect from the outer world through writing, journaling, painting, music, or reading.
Water - jump in the pool, lake, ocean as we love how water is refreshing and energizing.
