Gain a more positive mindset, build stronger focus, improve full body balance and performance as well as strengthen immunity and holistic health.
QiCore® Improvement
QiCore® Improvement helps facilitate the body for optimal health and wellbeing. If you are familiar with basic Calisthenics, Tai Qi, Yoga, or Qi Gong, some of the movements of Qi Core are similar. Each class is a set of 7 movements that are slow and easy to follow.
The class is designed to alleviate back and body pain, improve spin mobility, and improve posture and core muscles.
