The class is designed to alleviate back and body pain, improve spine mobility, improve posture and strengthen core muscles.
Each class is a set of 7 movements that are slow and easy to follow.
If you are familiar with basic Calisthenics, Tai Qi, Yoga, or Qi Gong, some of the movements of Qi Core are similar.
